These terms cover the use of this website and, once you hold a subscription, the AXIOLITH REDLINE software. By using the site or the software you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose; if anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer.
1. Who we are
Levitation Automation ("we", "us") is a Colorado company. Mailing address: P.O. Box 461137, Aurora, CO 80046. Email: skills@levitationautomation.com. AXIOLITH REDLINE is our product.
2. What AXIOLITH REDLINE is, and is not
AXIOLITH REDLINE is a quality-assurance aid for design professionals. It reads the text of drawings and specifications, flags possible coordination issues, cites where each finding came from, and recommends a next step. It does not make compliance determinations, approve drawings, or replace professional judgment. It can miss issues and it can raise issues that turn out to be nothing. The architect or engineer of record remains responsible for their documents, and every finding is a suggestion for a professional to verify.
3. Founding Firm program
Firms may apply to be a Founding Firm through the application on the AXIOLITH REDLINE page. We select Founding Firms at our discretion, and we are deliberately looking for a range of project types so the software is tested on work beyond what we build ourselves. Founding Firms receive the discounted rate shown on the site (currently $100 per user per month), agree to run real sets and share candid feedback, and are named in a case study only with their written consent. Founding terms are confirmed by email before anything is charged.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are priced per user, per month, at the rate shown on the site when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not prorate partial months. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. Each user may activate the software on a limited number of devices; the allowance is stated at activation.
5. Your license
While your subscription is active we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run AXIOLITH REDLINE on your own Windows computers within your device allowance, for your firm's own work. You may not resell, sublicense, share license keys, reverse engineer, or attempt to defeat the license check. The software verifies its license online periodically and keeps working offline for a limited period between checks. If a subscription lapses, new reviews pause; results you have already exported remain yours and stay accessible.
6. Your documents
Your drawings, specifications and prompts are yours. The software processes them on your machine and does not send them to us. You are responsible for having the right to load and review the documents you use with the software, and for how you use the results.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The site and the software are provided as is. We do not promise that the software will find every issue in a set, that any finding is correct, or that a set reviewed with it will pass plan review. To the fullest extent the law allows, Levitation Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including permit delays, redraw hours, or lost fees, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Acceptable use
Use the site and the software lawfully and for their intended purpose. Do not use them to infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with our systems, or to misrepresent the software's output as a compliance determination.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes to subscription terms will be sent by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Questions: skills@levitationautomation.com.
